2. Using our website
The information on this website is for general information only. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise it is always complete or free of errors. Our products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. If you have a skin condition, please speak to your doctor or pharmacist.

3. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price was shown in error; if so, we will tell you and refund any payment.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

5. Delivery, returns and refunds
Please see our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Delivery & Returns page. Every product is covered by our 60-Day Happiness Guarantee. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Using our products
Please read the ingredients before use and carry out a patch test. Stop using a product if irritation occurs.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
